I personally use ControllerCompanion to remap the d'pad and face buttons to F-keys when L1 and R2 are held down. You can press the Home button of your controller at any point to bring up the Big Picture menu, where you can remap keyboard keys to your controller as you please. Steam will automatically pick a controller configuration for you, unless you have controller support disabled in the options. Launch Steam in Big Picture mode (the icon at the top right of the Steam window), then launch Worms Armageddon. Steam has built-in controller support for any game or program that you run through it.
